All purchases made on Borderland SSC are final and strictly non-refundable. Please review all pass details before completing your transaction.

Thank you for choosing Borderland SSC. We strive to provide the highest quality mock tests and preparation materials for SSC aspirants. Due to the digital nature of our products, our refund and cancellation policy is outlined below.

1. Digital Goods and No-Refund Policy

Borderland SSC provides access to digital mock tests, analytical software, and digital study materials. Because digital access is granted instantly upon successful payment, we do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated billing for any purchased passes (e.g., 1-Month, 6-Month, or 1-Year passes).

Once a pass is purchased and the transaction is successful, the sale is considered final.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel your account at any time through your user profile settings. However, canceling your account does not entitle you to a refund for any time remaining on your active pass. Your premium access will simply expire at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again.

3. Technical Exceptions

The only exception to our strict no-refund policy is in the event of a gateway technical error resulting in a duplicate charge for a single transaction. If your bank account was debited twice for the same pass, please contact us immediately with your transaction IDs.
